Change in breakfast…
I have had the tempeh maple bacon before on a sandwich and thought it was great, but just found out alone not so great. I made a few slices of the smart bacon instead. Nom nom nom.

Breakfast:
3 slices vegan bacon
2 cups of fruit (watermelon, grapes, apple)
Lunch:
2 slices whole wheat bread
2 slices vegan turkey
1 slice vegan cheese
2 small pickles
A little lettuce
A little veganaise
Several small carrot sticks
Dinner:
1 cup spaghetti
1/2 cup veggies (spinach, onion, scallion)
1/2 cup tofu cubed
Workout.
